I joined Neon as one of the earliest design hires and helped build the foundations of the company’s product and design function. Over four years, I was part of the journey from seed stage to unicorn, growing from 10,000 to over 12 million customers. I personally designed the core credit product, which went on to generate over 70% of the company’s revenue, and led the design of every major product and feature launched during my time there.
As Head of Design, I built and led a team of 30+ designers, established a high-quality, detail-driven culture, and maintained one of the lowest turnover rates in the company. I also partnered directly with the CEO and product leaders to co-lead our product vision, and supported due diligence efforts for acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
