At Livus, I led design, product, and brand as a co-founder of a 16-person team building tools for creators to monetize their knowledge through paid communities.
I led the design of the entire product's experience across web and mobile, balancing creator and audience needs while translating complex flows into simple, scalable interfaces. Alongside the product, I shaped a strong visual identity and voice, from brand to onboarding, from dashboards to community features. We shipped fast, ran constant experiments, and built a recognizable product that served real creators and generated over R$600K in revenue in its early stage.
This was a hands-on, zero-to-one environment where design had a seat at the table from day one.
